Renowned American rapper Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, popularly known as NBA YoungBoy, has reportedly been released from prison.
The rapper had been entangled in a legal battle since April 2024, facing 63 charges related to an alleged prescription drug fraud scheme.
Following his conviction, NBA YoungBoy was sentenced to 23 months in federal prison.
Speculation about his release began circulating after his mother, Sherhonda Gaulden, shared a cryptic post on Instagram.
Although she did not explicitly mention her son, her message strongly hinted at his return, sparking widespread discussion.
Her post read, “To God be the glory, he’s back.”
Despite the growing speculation, NBA YoungBoy’s family has yet to officially confirm the reports.
