Former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai has officially pitched his tent with the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
According to NAIJALOG, El-Rufai one of the founding figures of the All Progressives Congress (APC) exited the party earlier this year for the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
In a resignation letter addressed to the SDP and dated November 26, 2025, the former governor explained that his priority now is to help build a unified political platform capable of offering Nigerians a viable and credible alternative.
In his words: “I wish to notify that I have resigned my membership of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, effective 26 November, 2025.”
