The multitalented artist, known for transitioning from comedy to music, began his mission in Osun State, where he was spotted kneeling with a placard in front of the Government Secretariat. This marked the start of his nationwide journey aimed at winning Davido’s attention and support.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Nasboi reflected on his journey:
“In 2019, I started mimicking Davido to catch his attention for my music, but the videos unexpectedly turned me into a comedian… It was God’s plan.”
“Now I’m back to ask 001 for a verse. I’ll be kneeling across 36 states for 36 days. I hope this dream becomes reality.”
He urged his followers to join the campaign by tagging Davido every time he posts from a new location. Nasboi’s passionate plea has quickly gained traction online, with fans rallying in support of his dream.
Davido has since acknowledged the campaign, replying with a teasing “set up 😂” — a comment that has only fueled excitement and speculation that a feature might soon happen.
On day two, Nasboi continued his mission in Kano State, once again kneeling with a sign in front of the Government House, proving his dedication to seeing the effort through.
