Nigerian Afrobeats sensation, Davido (David Adeleke), recently marked his 32nd birthday on Thursday, November 21, and took to X to share his reflections on reaching this milestone.
The ‘Omo Baba Olowo’ hitmaker admitted that, contrary to what many might assume, life hasn’t always been smooth sailing for him. Despite facing various challenges, he expressed gratitude to God and his fans for their unwavering support.
He posted,
“Big 32 soon! Omo, God is good. Happy to be alive! My eyes don see shege! But steady my fans dey shout shekpe!”
In celebration of his birthday, Davido also announced a generous donation of N300 million to orphanages, continuing his tradition of giving. He had made a similar contribution of N200 million in 2021 for his 29th birthday.
