Uriel Oputa, a former contestant on the reality show Big Brother Naija, has disclosed that her previous partner ended their relationship partly due to the kiss she shared with her colleague Groovy.
In 2020, Uriel and Groovy were seen kissing at an event, which she later clarified was for commercial purposes.
Uriel, who was a participant on the ‘All Stars’ edition of BBNaija, revealed that the viral video was one of the factors that led to the end of her relationship.
During a podcast interview with Phyna, she also revealed that her phone was ringing non-stop after the video surfaced.
She said; “My ex-boyfriend, let me tell you that [kiss] was one of the reasons we broke up. It was too much, and I understand that it was part of the reason but work is work.”
