2Koncept Ent, the label that brought us YQ a few years back is here again. this time with a brand new signing, 21yr old Gabriel Abiola Kelani, popularly known as KELANI. Born in Lagos, Kelani taught himself to sing, and play several musical instruments (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard) from a tender age and has had his share of the choir and talent shows.
Presently in his 2nd year at Covenant University, Kelani is a ladies’ favorite across campuses with previous efforts “So High” and “Cruise” which enjoyed massive airplay and endeared him to females and males alike across the campus cycle, also earning him awards like “Entertainer of the year” in 2013 and 2014 in his school.This budding star has spent the last two years perfecting his art and recording with his friend and producer, Dayme. His first official single however is here and it is produced by veteran producer, Fliptyce. It also features one of his mentors, YQ.
The catchy, rhythmic groovy tune is a sign of more good music fans should expect from this sensational youngster.
