Popular socialite Mr. Jollof has filed a lawsuit against activist Verydarkman, demanding N500 million in damages for allegedly making defamatory remarks about his wife.
The clash between the two occurred a few weeks ago, during which Verydarkman accused Mr. Jollof’s wife of actions that supposedly helped him secure a position as Senior Special Assistant (SSA).
Mr. Jollof has now issued a writ of summons, giving Verydarkman 30 days to appear in court or face legal consequences. The socialite is seeking N500 million in compensation for the harm caused by the alleged defamatory comments.
