Popular Nigerian TV host, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, has officially stepped down from her role at TVC.
The resignation was confirmed on Tuesday afternoon through a statement released by TVC Communications, with Edward Akintara, the company’s Public Relations Manager, stating that August 29, 2025, will be Morayo’s last day at the organization.
The company praised Morayo’s impact, stating:
“As she embarks on this exciting new chapter, we wish her continued success and fulfillment. Her legacy will always be a valued part of our story, and she remains a beloved member of the TVC family.”
According to NAIJALOG, her departure comes less than two years after she was named Managing Director of TVC’s Entertainment Channel in November 2023.
Prior to that role, Morayo had been the longtime host of the widely followed TV chat show “Your View”, a position she held since 2013.
