The former First Lady was seen in a colorful caftan that fell off her shoulder with a high slit that showed off her thighs, as she and her husband had drinks and a fancy lunch on Monday at Borgo Finocchieto, the stunning Tuscan villa where they are staying during their trip to Siena.
