We should hope that everybody changes their underwear each and every day. From the child who plays hard all day to the working men and women; having clean underwear is essential. Because we live in the real world, I know that there are those times when it is easier to wear the same pair as yesterday. If we were to really be honest with themselves, it has happened to everyone at least once.

This topic applies to both ladies and gentlemen, there is a compulsory need for personal hygiene, most especially when it comes with what you put on. You have no idea how many fatal diseases can develop from simple laziness. Clean underwear is a MUST, and changing your underwear should be part of your daily routine, because having good personal hygiene habits is the first step towards good health. Boxers or panties needs to be regularly changed daily to avoid unnecessary infections and damages. Safety precautions and awareness should be done.

Did you know that you can cause health problems to yourself if you do not change your underwear often enough? Here are dangers of not regularly changing your undies i.e pants and boxers.

Excessive Scratching: Remember that bacteria that lingers on the underwear. Well, those bacteria can transfer to the skin. It will irritate the area and cause all sorts of itching. Some say that when you change your underwear too often it is unhygienic and kills beautiful aromas; however, there are other problems to consider. The genital areas are prone to excessive bacteria anyway, so why would you want to tempt the waters and encourage the breeding of dangerous spores?

Offensive Strong Odours: Chances are if you do not change your underwear you probably have not had a shower either. Once in a while, it is okay to skip changing your panties, but you may notice a foul odor coming from the nether regions. The bacteria, chaffing, and all the dirty materials can make quite a smell. Your genitals need to have plenty of fresh air to stay healthy. Your flora may smell like a stinkweed if it is not properly cleansed and you wear clean underwear.

Develop Sores And Rashes: First comes the itchiness, and then comes the sore or rash. Because the boxers have been out and about for so long, the not-so-clean material will chafe your skin. When ignored, it can lead to visible protrusions or redness. They’re treatable, so don’t worry, but you probably don’t want to subject yourself to the trouble in the first place.

Yeast Infections: This is especially likely to happen if you have sweat in the panties or boxers you’ve been sitting in for a few days. Yeast and bacteria thrive in moist environments, so don’t give them the chance to multiply into an obnoxious infection.

You May Develop a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI): These infections occur when bacteria crawl their way up into the urinary tract, and that can happen in many different ways. For example, if you’ve had the same panties or boxers on for a while, there’s a chance that particles of feces have settled into the fabric. If those germs mosey their way around to the wrong home, you’ll be slammed with a UTI and have to visit your doctor. Changing your undies often and washing them in hot water will kill those mean bacteria and prevent infections.
