A man who was accused of performing oral sex on a seven-year-old boy on 16th February has today denied the charges.
According to witnesses, Samuel Maina Kaginya had been seen seated with the boy under a tree at a stadium. It is said that he later on went with the boy to the washrooms where he is alleged to have committed the heinous act.
Speaking before Thika Resident Magistrate Stella Telewa, Samuel denied assaulting the boy and penetrating his private parts.
He also denied the charge of touching his private parts inappropriately.
Kaginya was remanded in custody until 4th May when his case was scheduled for hearing.
