33 year old Justin Ross Harris has been accused of leaving his 22-month-old son to die in a hot SUV which was under the sun for seven hours. During the time, it was revealed that he was exchanging raunchy text messages and nude photos with six different women. Some of those females were teenagers
He was taken to court on Thursday and was refused bond by the judge who called the case a ‘possible death penalty case.’
It is said he will stay in jail on murder and child cruelty charges in relation to the death of Cooper, his 22-month-old son who died on June 18.
Police Detective Phil Stoddard of Cobb County testified at the hearing and showed evidence that Harris was practically living a double life as a married man. The detective also emphatically added that he should not be granted bond.
