Lillian Afegbai, a popular actress, has accused a Nigerian bank of stealing money from its customers.
She revealed that, rather than serving its primary purpose of safeguarding its customers’ funds, the bank is stealing from them.
The screen diva went on to say that the bank has not apologized for the downtime its customers are experiencing, as other banks have.
She complained that she couldn’t receive or send money, and that when she did, the money was debited but never sent.
“zenithbank: why are you taking our money and not refunding it, Why are you stealing from customers you are meant to be keeping their money safe.
Not for once have you sent a mail apologizing for the down time we are experiencing.
Every other bank at some point still goes. I can’t receive money, I can’t send money and if it goes you debit it and don’t send it back.
Please fix this,” she wrote
