Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigerian economist and Director-General of the World Trade Organization, has called upon the Super Eagles to secure victory in their football match against South Africa on Wednesday. Taking to her Twitter page on Tuesday, the former finance minister extended her best wishes to the senior team and emphasized the importance of defeating South Africa as they compete in the semi-final match at Stade Bouaké in Bouaké, Ivory Coast. Okonjo-Iweala urged the Super Eagles to ensure they accomplish the task of winning the semi-finals to secure their spot in the finals of the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
