‘Leave SA Or Die’– Xenophobic Attackers Warn Nigerians In South Africa

Some South Africans have taken to Facebook to threaten Nigerians and other nationalities in South Africa  of an impending Xenophobic attack on black foreigners particularly Nigerians.

A lady shared the post on Facebook with the screenshots.One of the South Africans claimed that the planned Xenophobic attacks are underway and if foreigners want to live longer they should pack their bags and leave.

Another one delightedly said she can’t wait for the attacks to start.

Some time ago, it was revealed that Nigerians were being killed weekly as a result of xenophobic attacks in the country. A lot of people were reportedly killed between 2016 and 2017. The government had reported that 116 people were killed in South Africa in two years. Senior Special Adviser to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Mrs. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, revealed this in 2017 during a visit to the South African High Commissioner to Nigeria, Mr. Lulu  Mngun.
