Nigerian rapper and reality TV star Laycon has publicly criticized DJ Neptune on social media, alleging an outstanding debt from their collaboration.
Recall that Laycon, winner of Big Brother Naija “Lock Down,” worked with DJ Neptune on the remix of “Nobody,” which also featured Joeboy and Mr Eazi shortly after his victory.
In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Laycon questioned DJ Neptune about the status of their financial agreement and his share from the project, which has been pending for four years.
Laycon wrote, “Abeg o… @deejayneptune how far my agreement and split for the “Nobody (Icons Remix)” song though. Is it not still ready?haba it’s been 4 years o 🤦🏾♂️ Cc @emPawaAfrica”
