Renowned Nollywood actor Junior Pope has been posthumously honored at a prestigious event in Enugu.
Naijalog reports that the beloved actor, along with several colleagues, tragically lost his life in a boat accident while returning from a movie shoot.
The announcement of the award was shared on Instagram by popular producer Nani Boi, who highlighted the enduring legacy of Junior Pope.
The Enugu State Government, through its Ministry of Culture and Tourism, bestowed the posthumous recognition as a tribute to the actor’s remarkable contributions to the film industry.
