As part of its plan towards improving the education sector of the state, the Lagos State Government has granted approval for bursary payment to students of the state studying at the Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN) Oron in Akwa Ibom state.

According to a statement by the State Scholarship Board signed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Board, Mr. Awobadejo Adesesan, all concerned students are expected to go to the Lagos State Scholarship Board Office at No. 254, Ipaja Road, beside the National Youth Service Corps Orientation Camp, Agege, between 10am to 3pm daily with their relevant documents.

The board however warned the beneficiaries to turn up for the collection as all complaints would not be entertained after 4 months, beginning from the commencement date of the announcement.
