An expectant mum fell into labor and welcomed her baby on the road in Ekiti state on Wednesday, September 21.
A Twitter user who shared the photos of the woman with her child, praised the nurse who rushed to the scene to help deliver the baby.
“It is another day to celebrate Nigeria Nurses for the heroic job they do to preserve life.
Nurse Oladipo Blessing of General Hospital, Ijesa Isu Ekiti was informed that a woman had gone into labour along Ijesa isu/Ikole road. The nurse rushed to the scene & delivered the baby.
The mother and her newborn have been admitted to the General Hospital, Ijesa Isu Ekiti for further care and they are both in good condition.”
