Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party’s governorship candidate in Lagos state, has revealed that an agent for the party in the state’s ongoing governorship election has been killed.
According to the LP candidate, the election process is fraught with voter intimidation and suppression, and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the police are both complicit in the killing.
In a video message broadcast from the party’s situation room, Rhodes-Vivour accused the electoral body and security agencies of provoking the people.
