Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe has officially withdrawn his legal complaints against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) concerning alleged harassment and attempted extortion.
However, according to L’Equipe, Mbappe is continuing to pursue his financial dispute with the French club, maintaining his appeal for €55 million in owed payments.
The legal battle stems from events in the summer of 2023, when Mbappe accused PSG of trying to pressure him into signing a new contract by banning him from first-team training. He filed the original complaint on May 16, claiming moral harassment.
A judicial investigation was recently launched, with two magistrates appointed to examine PSG’s actions during that period.
Although Mbappe has now dropped the harassment and extortion aspect of the case, the issue of the unpaid €55 million remains unresolved.
The 26-year-old forward left PSG as a free agent and signed with Real Madrid, where he has since made a strong impression.
