Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his wife, Oluremi Tinubu, were formally received by King Charles III and Queen Camilla, alongside Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, as part of Nigeria’s state visit to the United Kingdom on Wednesday, March 18.

The ceremony featured a 42-gun salute performed by the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery, while the streets of Windsor were decorated with both British and Nigerian flags.

The two-day state visit, hosted at Windsor Castle, is expected to result in new partnerships and signed agreements between both nations.

A state banquet is also scheduled to take place on Wednesday evening at St George’s Hall, with King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales in attendance.
