Super Eagles Head Coach, Stephen Keshi, has admitted that he is ready to talk to Osaze Odemwingie “only if he shows interest in doing so.”

The 31-year-old West Bromwich Albion forward had accused the Eagles coach and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) of lying in order to omit him from the nation’s Africa Cup of Nations provisional squad via social media network, Twitter.

But Keshi, 50, has made it clear that he has no issues with the forward and will be ready to discuss with him.

“I don’t have any issue with him. I’m surprised with his comments but I believe he is angry with being left out of the team. Remember there are other players who didn’t make the team and they have handled it calmly. We are all different in our ways of handling issues. But we need to move on from this.

“I’ve got a job to do. There are about 150 million Nigerians or more waiting to see this team at the Nations Cup and that is my biggest concern now. Like I said I am open to discussions with him or any other aggrieved player, only if he shows interest in doing so. There’s still the World Cup qualifiers to play for next year. For now I’m focused on the Nations Cup in South Africa,” the former Mali and Togo coach told supersport.com last night.

However, Odemwingie has continued to post comments via his verified Twitter account saying his “anger is over.”

“Anger is over. Full focus on WBA season and next game. I don’t need any distraction, neither the (Super) Eagles camp. Both independent!

“There are more problems in the world than football. HAARP, Blue Beam, NWO, global warming, Nephelims, poverty and Baggies Europe ticket.

“Time will put everything in its right place. Gonna enjoy the NOW and do the required daily duties. Tomorrow is Christmas!
“Best gift my wife could give me is a son tomorrow haha two weeks to go still though. 2012 would have been a special year to be born though,” wrote Odemwingie around Monday.
