A Kenyan lawyer representing Miss Helen, who is allegedly the mother of a child with popular Nigerian socialite Cubana Chief Priest, has made claims against Abu Salami, said to be the personal assistant of Burna Boy. The allegations stem from Burna Boy’s public offer to assist Helen, a gesture that has reportedly taken an unexpected turn.
The lawyer, who is also a close friend of Helen, disclosed that after Burna Boy expressed his willingness to help, a Nigerian activist named Lucky Udu contacted Helen, supposedly acting on Burna Boy’s behalf. Udu allegedly introduced Helen to Abu Salami via Instagram, presenting him as Burna Boy’s personal assistant.
Helen stated that Salami proposed relocating her and her child to Nigeria. However, her lawyer advised against the move, citing safety concerns. The lawyer further claimed that Salami’s behavior became inappropriate, with evidence of chats in which he referred to Helen using affectionate terms such as “baby” and “honey” and expressed a desire to father a child with her. Salami also reportedly insisted that Helen stay in his home upon arriving in Nigeria.
When Helen declined his advances and requested her lawyer’s involvement in any assistance arrangements, Salami allegedly reacted aggressively. The lawyer claimed he insulted Helen, stating that Burna Boy had no obligations toward her.
Additional allegations suggest that Salami sent $350 for visa arrangements but stipulated that Helen would need to stay in Nigeria for seven months before gaining access to Burna Boy.
