KADUNA UNITED’S COACH, SALEH LATO IS DEAD

The Chief Coach of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Kaduna United, Saleh Lato, is dead.

He died on Sunday after a brief illness.

Confirming his death,  amid tears , the club’s captain, Emmanuel Ambrose, said:
“I can confirm to you that we have lost our coach (Lato) and all the players can’t believe that he’s dead, considering the level of malaria he had.

“He only complained of malaria in the morning, and the next thing we would hear later in the evening was that our coach is dead just like that.

“This is a great tragedy for our team, and I pray that God should give his family the fortitude to bear the loss.”
