Renowned American singer and actress, Jennifer Lopez, is facing a lawsuit for allegedly posting her own red carpet photos without authorization.
The lawsuit, filed for copyright infringement, comes from photographer Edwin Blanco and his agency, Backgrid, who claim Lopez shared two of their images without permission. They are seeking $150,000 in damages for each photo, totaling $300,000.
According to the complaint, Lopez allegedly used the images—taken during the 2025 Golden Globe Awards—to promote her brand by tagging her jewelry and fashion designers. The photos were shared with the caption, “GG Weekend Glamour.”
This isn’t the first time Lopez has been in legal trouble over image rights—she was previously sued in 2019 and 2020 for similar unauthorized photo use.
