Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo has unveiled a heartwarming giveaway to celebrate the birth of her grandson, Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala.
Rakeem, the son of Iyabo’s daughter Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, has brought immense joy to the family, sparking the special gesture.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Iyabo announced she would be gifting ₦50,000 each to 60 expectant and nursing mothers whose babies arrived in 2025.
According to her, the initiative is both in honor of Rakeem’s arrival and a way to support mothers navigating the journey of childbirth and parenting.
“In the spirit of celebration, I, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, alongside my glamma, Queen Mother, will be giving ₦50,000 each to 60 lucky expectant mothers and mothers of babies born in 2025,” her post partly read.
She cautioned against fake accounts and stressed that only genuine applicants will benefit.
Iyabo added that the ₦3 million giveaway represents appreciation for women experiencing the joys and challenges of motherhood.
