After being broke-shamed, she took to her Snapchat page for a heart-to-heart discussion with her followers. During the conversation, a follower suggested that Ilebaye is seen as broke amongst her colleagues, especially because of the moderation in her social media content. Ilebaye responded by emphasizing that financial status is not measured by social media posts or other luxury items flaunted for public consumption. To back up her statement, the 23-year-old millionaire insisted that the grand prize of N120M she won from the BBNaija All Stars edition remains intact in her possession. She also thanked the show’s organizers for making her wealthy and urged her followers to avoid belittling her financial status.
