In a trending video, Gehgeh argued that having multiple wives provides men with “options” and emotional stability, asserting that “nobody can hurt you if you have options.”
He also hinted that actress Regina Daniels, one of Nwoko’s wives, might be experiencing emotional struggles, saying, “Regina dey one place now dey cry.”
“Polygamy Protects a Man’s Heart,” Says Gehgeh
According to the influencer, polygamy serves as a safeguard against heartbreak, suggesting that men with several partners are less vulnerable to emotional pain.
He added that in such relationships, losing one partner wouldn’t have much impact because “you have plenty things, and if one no dey work, you discard am.”
Gehgeh’s remarks have since sparked mixed opinions across social media, with many accusing him of chasing clout through controversial takes.
Mixed Reactions Trail Gehgeh’s Statement
While some users slammed him as “insensitive” and “attention-hungry,” others backed his view, arguing that polygamy is deeply rooted in African culture.

Another countered, “Gehgeh always talking trash just to chase engagement. This isn’t wisdom, it’s noise.”
