INEC has scheduled supplementary elections for April 15th.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced that the date for the completion of all pending supplementary elections has been set for April 15th.

Rotimi Oyekanmi, the Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman of INEC, announced this in a statement issued on Monday, March 27th.

The election is expected to include all pending polls across the country, including governorship, National and State Assembly elections.

“Arising from its meeting held today, the Independent National Electoral Commission has decided that all outstanding Governorship, National and State Assembly supplementary elections will take place on Saturday 15th April 2023,” the commission said.
