President Goodluck jonathan visited the scene of the bus station bombing in Nyanya a few kilometers from Abuja city center. Mr. Jonathan had canceled a planned trip to enable him see the extent of the carnage first hand.
After visiting the scene , President jonathan spoke to reporters and later visited some injured victims at the hospital.
