Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger and United head coach, Jose Mourinho are old enemies. Both have remained critical of each other over the past six years and have probably one of the frostiest relationships in football.
After all, it was Mourinho who labelled Wenger a ‘specialist in failure’ and handed him a 6-0 defeat as the Frenchman marked his 1,000th game in charge of Arsenal.
Mourinho was sacked from Chelsea last season and only came back into management a few months ago but even in his first press conference, there was a dig at Wenger.
A new book by Sportsmail has reminded us that the Mourinho-Wenger feud is not ending anytime soon as it dropped a truly unexpected bombshell. The book claims Mourinho said he would ‘find him one day outside a football pitch and break his face’.
