Mercy Aigbe’s estranged wife, Asiwaju, clarifies her wedding anniversary post as she confirms her divorce from filmmaker Kazeem Adeoti.
Asiwaju Couture recently celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary with Adeoti on her official social media page.
This is happening while Mercy and Adekaz are on vacation in the Maldives. Many people have reacted in a variety of ways, wondering why she chose this particular time.
Nonetheless, for clarity’s sake, Asiwaju leaves a comment on a popular Instagram blog that reposted her anniversary post.
The intention, according to Asiwaju, was not to commemorate their 20th anniversary. She claims she was only reposting a video made by someone else.
NOTE I was NOT celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary with kazim, I only reposted a vedio created by @owambe_vibes to emphasize that ironically today would have been our 20th wedding anniversary.
Mind you we are still legally married but SEPERATED thanks.., she noted.
