Iyanya, a Nigerian singer, has turned to social media to update followers and clear the air about his encounter with the lovely lady he met at Davido’s Timeless show in Florence.
In the previous two weeks, Iyanya made news when he resorted to social media to look for the lady and eventually discovered her.
In a new development, he took to Twitter to inform fans of his intentions and how things were going between him and Florence.
According to Iyanya, he met the gorgeous girl at Davido’s concert and couldn’t get her smile out of his head, so he blogged about it online.
Iyanya went on to say that, happily, the lady called Florence reached out, so he uploaded her image and urged his team to contact her.
The Kukere crooner revealed that after speaking with Florence, it was determined that she was suffering from despair as a result of a close family member fighting cancer, and she went to the Davido event to cheer herself up. Iyanya went on to say that when he found out, he decided to surprise her with a trip to Lagos.
Florence was scheduled to visit Lagos so that Iyanya could ‘bring a smile on her face,’ according to him.
Iyanya explained that a hotel was booked for Florence, new clothes and hair were bought for her, perfumes, an iPhone and more. She was also taken on a boat cruise.
The music star explained that he was trying to assist Florence to become an influencer hence the gift of the brand new iPhone.
On a final note, Iyanya explained that he only met Florence for the first time on the boat cruise and she was taken back safely to her hotel. According to him, he had no other agenda but to make her happy.
