Controversial artist Seun Kuti has dismissed comedian AY Makun’s explanation regarding recent allegations of him referring to Seun’s daughter as a dog.
Previously, Seun Kuti had called out comedian AY for using a skit in which he allegedly portrayed Seun’s daughter as a dog.
In response, AY stated in a video that he never made such a reference to Seun Kuti’s daughter, clarifying that he often uses trending issues for his jokes and that the specific video in question, where he allegedly called the daughter a dog, is untrue. AY explained that the skit was related to a controversy involving Hilda Baci and her consumption of dogs, which was criticized by dog lovers.
Seun Kuti, however, remained unimpressed by AY’s explanation, expressing his lack of interest in their clarifications. He accused AY of being deceitful in his response to the allegations.
