Police are hunting an “eastern European” man after a woman was sexually assaulted in a churchyard.
Officers today released an e-fit of a man wanted in connection with the assault in the All Saints Church cemetery in Orpington.
The 54-year-old woman was grabbed, pulled behind a hedge and assaulted as she walked through the church yard at around 9am on June 30.
Police say they are hunting a man of “eastern European or tanned white appearance” who is in his mid-30s or possibly younger.
Detectives said he has pimples on his forehead and teeth with distinctive white patches, and “lank brown hair”. He smelt of alcohol and was dressed in an olive-coloured baggy T-shirt and dark jogging bottoms, according to police.
