It was an eventful day for a Nigerian man who discovered he had been sleeping on a large sum of money.
The drama began when his phone charger head fell under his bed. In an attempt to retrieve it, he discovered that his wife had been using under the bed as a piggy bank or safe deposit box because he noticed a large amount of money underneath.
“Na charger head I dey find o, no be say I purposely come open this place,” he lamented in the video.
He grabbed a broom and went on a cleaning spree to find any money that might be hidden under the bed. He swept some N1000 and N500 naira notes from beneath the bed.
The monetary value could not be determined because he did not count it on camera.
He, on the other hand, expressed his frustration because old naira notes are no longer accepted and sounded disappointed with women in general as he recounted how many times she had asked him for money while stashing some under the bed.
