NAPA Rovers striker Ashton Suber was booked for proposing to his girlfriend after netting a goal in their 5-1 win over Guam Shipyard.
The striker had a day to remember in the win over their local rivals in the Guam Premier League after he scored a goal in the game but decided to pop the question to his girlfriend by pulling off his shirt to reveal the imprint on his inner strip which had the words ‘Marry Me?’, but it appeared the referee did not get the stunt as he also popped out the yellow card.
FIFA regulations rules against players removing their shirt during the game, even when they do while celebrating a goal during the cause of a match.
