Funke Akindele has revealed why she and her husband JJC Skillz, hosted a houseparty to celebrate his 43rd birthday, despite clockdown due to Coronavirus pandemic.

In attendance at the party were singer Naira Marley, real estate developer Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi and other friends turned up for the crowded birthday party.

With the controversy caused by the party, Funke Akindele explained why she held the birthday party amid the coronavirus scare.
In a series of already deleted tweet, she claims that most people who were at the birthday party had been camped in Amen estate before the lockdown order issued by President Buhari on March 29, adding that they are all safe and happy.
