A man in an health official wear has been captured in a video disposing his protective wear by the road side.
The suspected health official who clearly wore an overall protective wear and was probably among those who was in contact with Abba Kyari’s casket was seen disposing the wear by the road side, with his bare hands, without any form of disinfectant or gloves
He then opened his car and was ready to leave the scene
