Manny Monie, a rising artist, has spoken out about the arrest of his former record label head, Habeeb ‘Portable’ Okikiola.
Remember how the street-hop musician resisted arrest after cops invaded his establishment and disclosed that there was a petition against him at their station?
Manny, who had a falling out with his employer in November when Portable allegedly beat him for supposedly utilizing another distributor, acknowledged to submitting the petition to the police demanding his arrest.
Manny Monie stated after his arrest that Portable has always been his helper but has operated as though he is above the law and cannot be regulated.
He added that as a signee at ‘Zee Nation’s Portable had done many things to him – although he didn’t spill what these things are.
