Hollywood star Halle Berry has reacted to remarks made by her ex-husband, David Justice, regarding the reason for their split.
Justice, speaking on the “All the Smoke” podcast hosted by Matt Barnes, revealed that their marriage fell apart because Berry did not meet his traditional expectations of a wife which included cooking, cleaning, and displaying a motherly demeanor.
In what appeared to be a subtle response, Berry took to X (formerly Twitter) and posted:
“Phew…! cooking, cleaning and mothering.”
Berry and Justice were married on January 1, 1993, before finalizing their divorce in June 1997.
