Nollywood actor Godwin Nnadiekwe has announced that he is on the mend after an on-set incident involving fellow actor Zubby Michael. The incident, which occurred during a film shoot, resulted in Nnadiekwe sustaining injuries after being kicked, leading to a brief stay in the hospital.
Taking to Instagram, Nnadiekwe expressed heartfelt appreciation to fans, colleagues, and well-wishers who offered their support during his recovery. He shared that the overwhelming love, kindness, and prayers he received played a crucial role in his healing.
In his message, he confirmed that he has made a strong recovery and is now shifting his focus toward maintaining his health and getting back to work.
“I want to sincerely thank every one of you,” he wrote. “The outpouring of support, empathy, and kind words following my accident with Zubby Michael truly touched me. It hasn’t been an easy road, but your encouragement made all the difference.
“I’m grateful to say I’ve recovered well. Your thoughts and prayers lifted my spirit and helped guide me through the healing process.
“Now, I’m focusing on my well-being and preparing to return to set. I’m stepping into this next chapter with renewed energy, hope, and deep gratitude for all of you.
“Thank you once again. I’m excited about the journey ahead — I’m back, I’m ready, and the show must go on.”
