A video clip of veteran Nigerian Fuji musician Alhaji Alabi Pasuma sobbing as he watched his mother’s funeral earlier today, April 7, 2023, has sparked outrage online.
The veteran singer, who is already a grandfather with more than five grandchildren, couldn’t stop crying as he said his final goodbye to Mum, who died on Thursday, April 6, 2023.
Alhaja Adijat Kuburat died at the age of 78, it was announced late Thursday evening. Pasuma’s special bond with his mother is well documented in the public eye, as he was raised by a single mother and is the only child.
