Former Kwara State Commissioner and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Abdulraheem Adisa, has passed away at the age of 91.
Sources in Ilorin, the state capital, confirmed that he died early Thursday morning.
A staunch supporter of the Saraki political dynasty, Adisa held several notable positions during his career, including Editor at the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), General Manager of The Herald Newspapers, Commissioner for Information, and Chairman of Moro Local Government Area in Kwara State.
His burial is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Muslim public cemetery in Ilorin.
