Ahmed Musa, the popular Super Eagles star, has promised the Nigerian Flamingos 3 million naira if they win bronze at the U-17 Women’s World Cup.
It should be remembered that the Nigerian Flamingos blew a 3-0 lead against Germany, forcing the game into a penalty shootout after equalizing all three goals.
Despite this, the Flamingos had won the penalty shootout with a 3-2 score, clinching the bronze medal.
Following their victory, Super Eagles’ star captain, Ahmed Musa, assured the team that a whopping sum of 3 million naira would be waiting for them in Abuja when they arrived.
