Germany is the the highest ranked team in the world in the latest FIFA ranking which was released by the world governing football body today.
Nigeria slipped from 38th in the world to 39th position ,and sixth position in the continent having being fourth in the previous ranking.
Egypt is the best team on the continent in today’s FIFA ranking while Senegal,Congo DR, Tunisia and Cameroon are amongst the top five on the continent.
