Nigerian billionaire businessman Femi Otedola recently drew attention online after sharing touching photos from a visit to his mother at their family residence in Epe, Lagos State.

The images showed Otedola spending time with his 94-year-old mother, Lady Christine Doja Otedola, who is also the widow of former Lagos State governor Michael Otedola. The post also gave followers a glimpse into the family home, which featured turquoise-colored walls, religious artwork including several frames of Jesus Christ, family portraits, and customized pillows printed with his mother’s image.

The pictures sparked conversations across social media, with many people commenting on the calm atmosphere and deeply personal family setting captured in the photos.

Beyond the family visit, the businessman has also remained in the news for his growing stake in a financial holding company. Reports indicate that he now holds a total ownership of 18.12%, combining both direct and indirect shareholdings, marking an increase from his previous position at the end of the 2024 financial year.

The photos he shared from his visit to the family home in Epe have continued to circulate widely online.
