Nigerian rapper and actor, Folarin “Falz” Falana, has addressed marriage rumors following viral speculation that he had secretly wed.
The rumors began after Falz shared traditional wedding-inspired photos online, which many mistook for real wedding pictures.
Clearing the air, Falz explained that the images were from a creative photoshoot, not an actual ceremony.
Reacting via Instagram, he joked that if he ever truly gets married, people might dismiss it as another stunt.
He further emphasized that marriage is a personal matter, and he isn’t obligated to make it public. However, he noted that he hasn’t entirely ruled out sharing such a milestone if love moves him to.
“When everybody realized I wasn’t really married, people kept saying it’s a case of the boy who cried wolf. Maybe when I do get married nobody will care.
“It is bold of you to actually assume that if I’m actually getting married, I will share it,“ he stated.
