The differently-abled man had posted a video on his social media page expressing his desire to meet his favorite celebrities.
The video, on the other hand, ended up on the desk of the celebrity figures who surprised their biggest fan on the new year.
The young man was clearly overjoyed to see Falz and Mr Macaroni, whom he hugged tightly while expressing shock.
Before leaving, the pair gave him a token of appreciation, which included his father.
